Im pretty sure it was on Ao3 but it was so long ago I cant remember hardly anything about it except that a female OC (who was a soldier/police maybe?) from our world ended up transported to middle earth and went on the quest with everyone.

Okay. Here's another one. I don't remember much of anything other than that at some point before they reach Beorn's but after escaping the mountains, a few of the dwarves get hit by some wayward magic from Gandalf's staff and start glowing. I'm hoping for some help finding something I read some time ago. Most likely AO3. I remember that Bilbo found a litter of puppies (in the ruins of Laketown?) and takes them with him on the way back to the Shire. He stays with Beorn for a while, and the pups grow enormous.
That's all I remember, it might be unfinshed.
